Structure of 20-storied with 3 basements “Fareast Tower” on our own land located besides Bangladesh Secretariat is almost completed and the works are going on, which is a symbol of success and unique achievement in the history of life insurance industry of the country as well as in the sub-continent.  

As you know, success is not solely depending on strong financial position; it is also defined by the strength of business position and market network, the soundness of organizational structure, skilled and professional manpower and friendly relationships with Participants (Policyholders), the Government and other Stakeholders.

Our long-term objectives are to provide high quality and quick services to every Participant’s (Policyholders) consistently and to be the recognized leader in Bangladesh by providing excellent risk taking services. Our strategic objectives are to create an Islamic organization which helps Participants' (Policyholders) to minimize financial risks and mobilize their savings and to create fund for economic development of the Country.

Fareast Islami Life Insurance is an organization where every employee feels proud of association which is based on an ideology and knowledge-based environment that leads in excellence. We want to be an organization where our Participant (Policyholders), employees, and people will tell us how well we have done on important measures of customer services, trust, accountability and good governance.

To preserve Islamic values, the Company has observed Siratunnabi (peace be upon him), Ifter Mahfil during the Holy Ramadan with due solemnity both in the Head Office and Zonal Offices. Besides, the Company has been performing its social responsibilities by helping in natural calamities. To extend co-operation to the helpless and have-nots, the Company has established Fareast Islami Life Foundation by contributing from the Valuation Surplus and fund generated from the Sadaqa, donation etc. I expect and hope that our valued shareholders will have magnanimity and fellow feeling and would do their best in helping the Foundation through collective efforts. This appeal should be propagated to all the generous and well-up classes of the society for extending their benevolent hands to create a sound financial position of the foundation.

We have a lot to do for achieving all of our goals, and objectives and we know how this organization can achieve what is set out to do, no matter how tough the goals and standards are.

May the Almighty Allah give us dedication, patience and fortitude to serve the cause of Islam, the nation and go ahead with our mission to run the Company complying the principles of Islamic Shariah.
